Free standard shipping

Qualifying orders with a merchandise subtotal of $39.99 USD or more receive free standard shipping where that method is available. The threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes. Orders below the threshold, expedited methods, or destinations where free standard shipping is unavailable will show the applicable shipping charge at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.

Estimated delivery times

United States: 7–15 business days
Canada: 7–18 business days
Europe: 8–20 business days
Other destinations: 10–25 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, and address issues can affect delivery timing.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information may take several business days to begin updating after dispatch.

Customs and import charges

Unless otherwise shown at checkout, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges assessed by the destination country.

Address accuracy
